As a EEC Learning & Development Specialist (LMS/LXP Administrator) you will be responsible for the learning management system (SuccessFactors) and learning experience platform (Degreed) including recording mass completions and mass assigning, content maintenance, learning data reporting, user experience and, occasionally developing training content. A core competency for this global role is to have a deep understanding of learning management systems and learning experience platforms.
EEC Learning & Development Specialist (LMS/LXP Administrator) partners with relevant Organizational Development and Learning Teams globally as well as with Training Coordinators/Administrators at plants in all McCain locations. Acts as a consultant on LMS/LXP. Assures the best solution is being achieved in terms of making learning content available to end users. Participates in continuous improvement projects related to LMS/LXP.
This role is based at McCain Poland, Seared Service Centre in Bielany Wrocławskie.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

LMS/LXP User Management: Assign learning content, record or update learning history for users, create user assignment groups based on org structures or target audiences

Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates related to LMS/LXP performance as required including complex reporting with additional HR data related to locations, divisions, grades etc.
- Content Management:
- Manage all elements of the McCain Learning content library: add items in line with McCain standards, organize the library, etc.
- Publish internally-produced elearning content to the LMS (SCORM, publish settings, tracking settings)
- Test and Publish third party custom elearning content suppliers for interoperability with Degreed, SuccessFactors and the McCain network.
- Create learning objects for live learning sessions (like classroom sessions)
- Create “Learning paths” and/or “Curricula” that combine published content into collections that may then be assigned to user types or orgs and tracked for completion.

Consulting: Provide guidance and consultation to internal stakeholders looking to create training programs and content, or implementing third party applications
- Content Authoring/Instructional Design:
- receive source PPTs and videos from SMEs and rapidly convert into trackable compliance training (using Articulate 360)
- create learning activities (courses) from raw SME content materials to finished learning product (Articulate 360)
- curate, design and build pathways and plans within Degreed

Technical Support: be the first point of contact for any issues with LMS/LXP, escalate them to Digital HR team or external technical support when needed

Knowledge Management: create and update User Guides and Job Aids related to LMS/LXP usage
About You:
- 1-2 years of experience as Learning Management System Administrator/Training Coordinator with hands-on familiarity with LMS and LXP platforms, learning paths, curricula, etc.
- Experience working and providing digital support for LMS and LXP – SuccessFactors and Degreed would be an advantage; experience in using any case management systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Basic Instructional Design/Visual Design skills are nice to have; knowledge of e-learning standards - SCORM 1.2 is primarily used
- Good analytical skills with some experience in preparing reports (Excel)
- Communicates Effectively - strong communication and presentation skills, in all forms of digital media
- Resourcefulness – finds a way to get things done using what resources are available
- Customer Focus – provide informed guidance and consultation to internal stakeholders
- Fluent English at C1 level
- Proficient with MS Office(especially Excel, Power Point)
