JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SEO Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience SEO, Web Development or a similar field.
- Experience in managing SEO/ Web Dev projects, including ensuring quality of work, meeting deadlines, and fostering team cooperation.
- Master’s Degree in IT, or related field would be a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced level of English.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Resource Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, allocate resources appropriately, and track project milestones and deliverables.

Execution and Monitoring: Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, including developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

Risk Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Team Leadership: Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. Lead and motivate the project team to achieve high performance.

Reporting: Track project milestones and deliverables and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, ensuring high levels of quality.

RECRUITMENT STAGES:
