About Our Client


Our Client is the European market leader in operations worldwide. They have a few manufacturing plants, where they produce returnable items for over 50 years.



Job Description


  • Ensure that all activities and the deployment of resources within the region are consistent with its objectives
  • Continuously improve processes and service delivery
  • Ensure that close process is completed in accurate and timely manner
  • Perform review of both Balance Sheet and P&L
  • Manage preparation of all statutory compliance documentation in region
  • Responsible for reporting, closing and review of journal entries (timely and accurate closing)
  • Financial Statements and External Reporting
  • Preparation and overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures as outlined in policy manuals and in accordance with local statutory requirements
  • Oversee all financial transactional activity, including; accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll and ensure that all financial transactions and journal entries are recorded accurately in accordance with organization policies, GAAP and governmental regulations (within dedicated region)
  • Review key monthly account analyses; bank reconciliations, G/L to subsidiary ledger reconciliation
  • Staying abreast of trends and changes in the accounting field and capacity builds department on such
  • Manage accounting of polish entity
  • Cash Management (forecast/allocation)



The Successful Applicant


  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an RTR Accountant for polish entity
  • Experience from shared service center is an advantage
  • Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • MS Excel required
  • Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
  • Well organized and able to work to
