Senior Accountant/Finance Manager

As a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) we are supporting our clients with the regulatory

approval for new medicines, new biotech solutions, and new medical devices. We are

currently in the process of a Digital Transformation. Hence, we are a “start up” with 30

years of experience!

As of now we are looking for (full time) Senior Accountant / Finance Manager (m/f/d).

Your Tasks With Us

You will be tasked with the day-to-day accounting/finance operations of our company, including:

• Accounts Payable: Make sure we are invoiced correctly and pay our invoices quickly,
• Accounts Receivable: Prepare invoices for our clients (together with our project managers),
• Book-keeping: Maintain our accounting books for various legal entities (General Ledger),
• Document Management: Filing of contracts and documents,
• Reporting: Close accounting months, prepare reports, and settle taxes (together with external specialist),

• Strategically develop our firm’s accounting and finance capabilities by developing, implementing and documenting new systems and processes.

Your Profile

• You hold a relevant university degree and/or have completed a formal accounting training,
• You have 5+ years of accounting experience, are good with numbers, and work diligently,
• You can handle Microsoft Business Central (formerly Navision, MS Dynamics),
• You like to communicate in English (B1/B2/C1/C2); German is a big plus,
• Interest in the field of clinical research is appreciated.
