We are seeking an independent and creative Ecommerce Social Media Content Manager to elevate our brand presence across the DACH and French markets. 💡 Your Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a compelling social media content strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and more
  • Create engaging and creative content that reflects our brand’s voice and appeals to our target audience, including posts, stories, and video content
  • Monitor social media trends and capitalize on them to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility
  • Analyze social media metrics to determine the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven decisions for future content
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Oversee the scheduling and posting of all social media content


✅ Required Skills


  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation, specifically within e-commerce environments that sell products internationally
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing graphics and engaging text
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Tech-driven approach and a high level of understanding of AI tools for social media marketing


Desirable Skills


  • Proficiency in German at a B2 level or higher is highly advantageous
  • Experience in social media content creation for an ecommerce brand operating in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and/or the French market


📌 Familiarity with tools


For the role of a Social Media Content Manager, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the following tools:

  • Utilize graphic design software like Canva (or other), to craft visually appealing content
  • Produce popular short-video content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok using video editing tools
  • Employ analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. to track social media performance and engagement
  • Apply SEO and keyword tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, etc. to enhance content visibility
