We are seeking a skilled, independent and innovative Marketing Ecommerce Automation Revenue Manager to spearhead our marketing automation efforts across the DACH and French markets. 💡 What will you be responsible for


  • Design and execute automated marketing campaigns tailored to customer behaviors and preferences
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer data using CRM and other analytics tools
  • Oversee the email marketing strategy, including newsletter distribution, promotional campaigns, and transactional emails
  • Optimize email design, content, and messaging to ensure high open and click-through rates
  • Develop lead nurturing processes to move leads through the sales funnel
  • Implement scoring models to prioritize leads for the sales team
  • Manage and refine the customer lifecycle from acquisition through the entire Customer Journey
  • Develop targeted campaigns to increase the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and improve the overall company review rating


✅ Required Skills


  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in marketing automation in e-commerce environments selling products internationally
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on marketing automation activities
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms relevant to e-commerce
  • Creative thinker capable of generating innovative ideas and producing top-quality content
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Tech-driven approach with a comprehensive understanding of AI tools for social media and influencer marketing
  • Ensure compliance of all marketing automation activities with legal standards and industry best practices


📌 Desirable Skills


  • Proficiency in German at a B2 level (or higher) is highly advantageous
  • Experience in content creation for an ecommerce brand operating in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and/or the French market


Familiarity with tools


For the role of a Automation Marketing Revenue Manager, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the following tools:

  • Utilize graphic design software like Canva (or other), to craft visually appealing content, emails, landing pages, etc.
  • Mailchimp (!)
  • Understanding of how to integrate marketing automation tools with other systems, e.g. e-commerce platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) software, content management systems (CMS), etc.
  • Marketing automation analytics tools and dashboards
