We’re seeking a social media enthusiast with excellent (C2, native) written and spoken English!

On a typical day, you’ll spend around 60% of your time building and developing the brand community. And by that, we understand things like:

  • Building reach through outreach; establishing cooperations with experts and influencers; actively seeking opportunities to make new contacts and connections; chatting, talking, and storytelling about NapoleonCat throughout social media. You will have assistance with that!
  • Create or co-create (with other team members) social content, short videos or animations, images for social posts, or record live video content.
  • Keeping a calendar

You’ll get the support of our part-time junior community management specialist, brand and comms manager, as well as our designer and video editor.

We strongly believe in teamwork, so no one in our team is a lonely island. We support each other when one needs it.


It would be perfect if you…


  • Have experience in an advertising/digital agency or a company’s marketing team, where you independently ran the client’s or company’s social media accounts, worked in the sales team, or as an account manager.
  • Actively following social media and knowing their trends, including RLM.
  • Understand business metrics and are goal-oriented.
  • Have excellent and accurate/detailed organization of work + a problem-solving mind


What will the recruitment process look like?


  1. Send us your CV. If we feel like this could be the perfect match, we’ll call for a short talk. Once we both agree we “clicked”, you’ll be invited to the task-related part of the process.
  2. Convince us it’s you we’re looking for – send us a short sample video where you explain how social media team leaders can use NapoleonCat to ease their teams’ work.
  3. Tell us about what you find exciting about social media (200 words will do).
