Determine and define project scope and objectives of internal stakeholders.
Draft internal and external correspondence, such as presentations, memos, agendas, and reports on broad range of mission critical projects
Measure and track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
Provide project updates to key stakeholders about the projects and coordinate alignment and preparation for key meetings and presentations
Manage complex agendas, travel schedules, meetings and shifting priorities across time zones for key regional leadership meetings.
Attend and participate in regional leadership meetings as requested; prepare notes, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
Apply strong decision-making skills in handling priority of requests and finding resolution.
Point person for team requests and problem-solve, helping to keep the team on track and organized.
Requirements:
0-5 years of Project Management experience.
Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills.
Experience partnering with executive level leadership and stakeholders, and capturing the essence of their messages.
Ability to communicate orally and in written form, effectivley with executive level leadership and stakeholders.
Experience creating detailed presentations and reports with and for executive level leadership.
Experience using Office Suite for presentation and reporting purpouses (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
Can partner effectively with all employees and external stakeholders while conveying a positive, mission-driven, and service-oriented attitude.
Adept at maintaining complete confidentiality and discretion in business dealings/relationships.
Ability to solve problems creatively.
Quickly understand and flex with constantly evolving priorities of our team.
