Coorporate Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Determine and define project scope and objectives of internal stakeholders.
- Draft internal and external correspondence, such as presentations, memos, agendas, and reports on broad range of mission critical projects
- Measure and track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide project updates to key stakeholders about the projects and coordinate alignment and preparation for key meetings and presentations
- Manage complex agendas, travel schedules, meetings and shifting priorities across time zones for key regional leadership meetings.
- Attend and participate in regional leadership meetings as requested; prepare notes, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Apply strong decision-making skills in handling priority of requests and finding resolution.
- Point person for team requests and problem-solve, helping to keep the team on track and organized.
Requirements:
- 0-5 years of Project Management experience.
- Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills.
- Experience partnering with executive level leadership and stakeholders, and capturing the essence of their messages.
- Ability to communicate orally and in written form, effectivley with executive level leadership and stakeholders.
- Experience creating detailed presentations and reports with and for executive level leadership.
- Experience using Office Suite for presentation and reporting purpouses (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
- Can partner effectively with all employees and external stakeholders while conveying a positive, mission-driven, and service-oriented attitude.
- Adept at maintaining complete confidentiality and discretion in business dealings/relationships.
- Ability to solve problems creatively.
- Quickly understand and flex with constantly evolving priorities of our team.
