Coorporate Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives of internal stakeholders.
  • Draft internal and external correspondence, such as presentations, memos, agendas, and reports on broad range of mission critical projects
  • Measure and track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide project updates to key stakeholders about the projects and coordinate alignment and preparation for key meetings and presentations
  • Manage complex agendas, travel schedules, meetings and shifting priorities across time zones for key regional leadership meetings.
  • Attend and participate in regional leadership meetings as requested; prepare notes, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Apply strong decision-making skills in handling priority of requests and finding resolution.
  • Point person for team requests and problem-solve, helping to keep the team on track and organized.



Requirements:

  • 0-5 years of Project Management experience.
  • Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience partnering with executive level leadership and stakeholders, and capturing the essence of their messages.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in written form, effectivley with executive level leadership and stakeholders.
  • Experience creating detailed presentations and reports with and for executive level leadership.
  • Experience using Office Suite for presentation and reporting purpouses (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
  • Can partner effectively with all employees and external stakeholders while conveying a positive, mission-driven, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Adept at maintaining complete confidentiality and discretion in business dealings/relationships.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Quickly understand and flex with constantly evolving priorities of our team.
