HR Business Partner


Responsibilities

·      Supervises local daily HR operations such as payroll, pension, personnel insurances, absenteeism, commencement/termination of employment, leave registration, lease car fleet management

·      Develops local HR strategy in line with the organizational strategy

·      Designs, implements, and monitors a variety of local human resource programs and aligns them with the European / global approach

·      Monitors HR information needs, ensuring that HR management information is available on request

·      Coordinates local recruitment processes for various job levels

·      Partners with local suppliers, such as payrolling, legal, insurance, lease car companies, etc.

·      Serves as first point of contact for employees for human resources issues, rules, and regulations

·      Collects, processes, and manages all local personnel data and ensures accurate and concise records at all stages of the employee journey

·      Monitors and administers absenteeism of the local organization, in line with health and safety legislation

·      Works actively with the Global HR systems (Cornerstone (HRIS) and eLoomi (LMS), makes sure employee data is stored correctly as well as processes (performance management, compensation, succession planning, etc) are followed accordingly


Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in enconomics, business administration or HRM

·      Minimum 7 years of experience of HR Generalist

·      3-7 years of experience in HR Menagment and Recruitment

·      Previous work environment in contract logistic, production, manufacturing, operations

·      Knowledge of Labor Law

·      People Management skills

·      Professional Communication in English
