About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Deliverability Manager to join an exciting and growing team at the forefront of online commerce marketing and start a career path that can help you excel!
What you'll do @ Omnisend:
- Implement and manage email delivery monitoring; create plans to improve email deliverability for our customers at scale;
- Monitor and manage IP and domain reputation to ensure maximum email deliverability;
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute improvements on Omnisend’s email system;
- Triage and drive resolutions for all email-related issues;
- Help to optimize cross-functional processes to meet the scaling organization’s needs;
- Identify incidents and negative trends and collaborate with Engineering and Security teams to quickly resolve them;
- Ensure Omnisend is on top of the latest compliance and deliverability trends, technologies, and strategies by engaging with industry experts and organisations (this may also include representing Omnisend externally with industry groups);
- Consult internally and externally for our client’s brands on list hygiene recommendations, email deliverability best practices, IP and domain warming strategies
We expect that you’ll bring:
- 5+ years working with a SaaS-based product, large scale email operations (sender, ESP, or receiver), or SMS services are highly valued;
- Strong understanding of email engagement metrics;
- In-depth understanding of the technical aspects of messaging, including; email FBLs, DNS, DKIM, SPF, DMARC, BIMI and other core infrastructure;
- Knowledge of global and regional data collection and handling requirements from both a legislative (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.) and receiver (Gmail, Microsoft, etc.) perspective;
- Demonstrated ability to translate email deliverability issues into product specifications and drive implementation with the engineering team;
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills;
- Knowledge of third-party delivery platforms, testing and analysis tools like Email on Acid, Litmus, Return Path, 250OK, and SNDS;
- The ability to multitask and to be organized and detailed-oriented;
- Experience leading by example and inspiring others;
- Understanding of SMS deliverability and compliance would be an advantage;
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication skills).
