Now we’re looking for a self-motivated and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to support the PeopleForce suite of products. You’ll develop deep expertise in our ICPs and target personas – understanding their key use cases and pain points – to equip the GTM team with messaging and materials that will enable us to successfully sell our solution.


Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct market/competitive research, gather sales feedback, and interview customers to develop a deep understanding of our buyers. Use new learnings to help refine our ICPs and develop buyer personas for our product;
  • Creating and managing product positioning, messaging, and value proposition;
  • Developing and executing the GTM product marketing strategy, including target market identification, positioning and messaging, and go-to-market plans;
  • End-to-end planning and launch of products and releases; cross-functional implementation of the product marketing plan;
  • Create effective marketing collateral (e.g. webinars, infographics, whitepapers) and sales enablement assets (e.g presentations, comparison tables, case studies, and product demos) to support go-to-market efforts;
  • Provide insight to the Marketing team for program and campaign development;
  • Assist our sales/customer support channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users.


Must haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS products targeting SMB;
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market plans;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into simple, compelling messages;
  • Experience conducting competitive and customer research and analysis;
  • Demonstrated experience creating and implementing persona-based positioning and messaging across multiple mediums;
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing;
  • You’re a team player who thinks big, is hands-on, organized, and delivers results;
