✳️What you will be doing when you join us:
- You will be responsible for collaborating with key company clients and maintaining relationships with them. You will be the first point of contact, understanding their needs and objectives.
- You will assist clients in monitoring campaign results on platforms such as Google Ads, Analytics, Amazon, Facebook, etc. More specifically, you will be creating dashboard systems that aid in data analysis and business decision-making for our clients.
- You will coordinate work between the client and our company's internal teams, such as analysts, developers, data testers, to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, and client goals are achieved.
- You will manage multiple tasks and projects on a daily basis, primarily establishing priorities and monitoring progress.
✳️What we expect from you:
- Fluent communication in English is essential, as you will be working with English-speaking clients.
- Experience in working with clients, preferably in an IT, BI, Big Data environment.
- Knowledge of how advertising platforms operate (Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, The Trade Desk), and the ability to manage digital projects.
- Practical proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - you will use these tools for data analysis, report preparation, and client presentations.
- Relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of effective project management and prioritization.
- Familiarity with the digital marketing industry – staying up to date with the latest news and trends in the market.
