    We are looking for a Client Analytics Specialist, who will join our Digital team. As a Client Analytics Specialist, you will manage client relationships, ensure the successful implementation of analytics tools, and provide data-driven insights to support business growth. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their goals while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

    Daily activities:

    • Data Reporting and Insights: Develop tailored performance reports focusing on key metrics and actionable insights. Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to optimise digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and improve ROI.
    • Client Management and Implementation: Serve as the primary client contact, understanding their analytics needs and ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation of tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Work closely with clients to customise integrations that align with their business objectives.
    • Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to conversions, tracking accuracy, and data integration across platforms. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve challenges efficiently, ensuring high-quality data for analysis and reporting.
    • Client Education and Support: Conduct training sessions to empower clients to use analytics tools effectively, interpret data, and leverage insights for informed decision-making. Provide ongoing support and guidance in navigating complex analytics tools and techniques.
    • Privacy and Compliance Oversight: Advise clients on managing Consent Mode and maintaining compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Ensure that all data collection and user tracking practices align with legal requirements, including cookie management and data governance best practices. 



    Requirements:

    • Experience in digital, marketing, client management, data analytics or a related role.
    • Significant experience in client-facing roles within digital marketing and analytics.
    • Proficiency with web analytics platform, particularly with Google Analytics.
    • Experience with tag management systems, particularly with Google Tag Manager.
    • Knowledge of data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g. Looker Studio).
    • Knowledge of privacy regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping clients succeed.
    • Proven ability to manage client relationships, identify needs, and provide strategic recommendations.
    • Ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Recruitment process:

    1. Intro call with the Recruiter (up to 45 minutes)
    2. Role fit interview with Hiring Manager (up to 30 minutes)
    3. Role and Team fit interview with Hiring Manager and Team Leader (up to 60 minutes)
