    We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist who will join our internal Marketing Team and play an important role in executing our digital marketing strategies to drive our Profitroom brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and boost revenue growth.

    You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to implement data-driven marketing campaigns that align with our brand vision and business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in optimising our online presence and engaging our target audience.


    Daily activities:

    • Implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and achieve business objectives,
    • Creating and managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as: Google Ads, social media ads, and display networks,
    • Optimising website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic rankings and increase website traffic,
    • Analysing and interpreting data from digital marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement,
    • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment of marketing efforts,
    • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure the company remains competitive.


    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role,
    • Proven experience in executing digital marketing strategies in B2B marketing,
    • Solid understanding of various digital marketing channels, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing, 
    • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and HubSpot,
    • Strong analytical skills to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions,
    • Excellent Polish and English communication skills to create compelling content and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders,
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS),
    • Familiarity with ABM (account based marketing),
    • Understanding of SEO principles and best practices,
    • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (especially LinkedIn),
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools,

    Nice to have:

    • Knowledge of: Looker Studio, Clarity, Surfer SEO,
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.

    Recruitment process:

    • Intro call with the Recruiter (up to 45 minutes).
    • Technical interview with your future Leader (up to 60 minutes).
    • Meeting with CMO (up to 30 minutes).
