Who we’re looking for:
We seek a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert to manage and execute our PPC and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability for analytics and a passion for digital marketing performance optimisation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focusing on scaling efforts in international and pan-European markets, particularly in the German market.
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across multiple channels to ensure maximum ROI, specifically to German-speaking audiences.
- Conduct data analysis and adjust strategies based on campaign performance insights.
- Keep abreast of social media trends and adapt communication strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Manager and Brand Content Specialist to create cohesive campaign content.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
- Implement A/B testing on campaigns to continually refine strategies for better outcomes.
- Oversee the company's affiliate marketing programs to expand reach and improve referral marketing strategies.
- Utilise marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes and increase efficiency.
- Work closely with the Web Development team to implement and optimise tracking technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Proven experience in managing international performance marketing campaigns, with a strong track record in the German market.
- Understanding the German market's digital landscape, consumer behaviour, and regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in ROI optimisation.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, etc.
- Experience with analytics and SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Active Campaign, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives.
- Understanding data privacy regulations relevant to digital marketing, such as GDPR, with particular emphasis on regulations and practices concerning medical data and sensitive information, will be a significant asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications would be advantageous.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German will be an additional asset.
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
