Job Description

• Implementation of integrated 360° communication projects and adaptation projects for the CE market with the support of the team;
• Coordinated project management;
• Control of external and internal project costs;
• Building and maintaining good client relationships;
• Creation of presentations, cost estimates, schedules, and project summaries;
• Ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects;
• Close and continuous cooperation with other agency departments: creative, design, and production.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in managing marketing projects or 2-3 years of experience in customer service or post-production in an advertising agency;
• Experience in localizing TV campaigns and/or digital campaigns or e-commerce;
• Ability to manage and control project budgets;
• Ability to easily establish contact and build long-term relationships with clients;
• Conscientiousness, meticulousness, commitment to projects, motivation for self-improvement and self-development;
• Skills in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously;
• Ability to create and conduct presentations, cost estimates, and timelines;
• Excellent time and work organization;
• Very good command of the English and Polish languages in speech and writing;
• Ability to work within agreed processes and work standards.
