Content Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate content production (writing, editing, translating or transcreating) and proofreading of eCommerce assets.
• Ensure consistency and quality of prepared content.
• Cooperate closely with internal and external translators & proofreaders, project managers, different departments, and clients.
• Create Jira tickets, distribute and plan work among the freelancers.
• Participate in client calls.
• Onboard new freelancers when needed.
• Provide feedback to the freelancers when necessary.
• Support other markets' coordinators if needed.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable C1 level of English and proficiency in either Spanish, German, French, or Italian.
• Work experience in translation coordination or project management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word most of all).
• Attention to detail, patience.
• Good organizational skills.
• Great communication skills when working with a remote team.
• Ability to work independently as well as a part of interdisciplinary and international team.
• Willingness to learn and the ability to quickly acquire new skills.
