Job Description


  • Monitors the project workload of the teams.
  • Analyzes the demand for resources based on inputs provided by PM/Producers.
  • Plans project work at the Design department – allocates duties, assign designers.
  • Coordinates the work of Design department basing on dashboards and timelines.
  • Cooperates with all teams and other departments (Client Service, Project Management, Producers).
  • Monitors the schedules and progress of the planned activities (incl. checking the deadlines, verifying priorities).
  • Solves routine project issues.
  • Supports routine communication between the teams and takes care of smooth communication between teams.
  • Prepares documentation in cooperation with Senior Traffic Manager and PMO.
  • Prepares short-term and long-term action plans.


Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the creative or digital industry.
  • Knowledge of creative processes, digital production and/or video post-production.
  • Experience with managing production projects (digital / e-commerce design).
  • Knowledge of the methodology and tools for project and resources management (e.g. Jira, Toggl).
  • Ability to plan and organize the work of the team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to build project teams.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Initiative and independence in action.
  • Fluent command of English.
