Job Description
- Lead a team of Designers.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of brand guidelines and local nuances to ensure accurate evaluation of designs.
- Conduct quality checks on all design deliverables, including digital banners, press materials, brochures, videos, newsletters, and more.
- Verifying the compliance of materials with the client's guidelines, brief, visual identification materials of the client.
- Ensure that designs maintain a consistent visual identity and align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with client service and production departments to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Utilize project management systems to organize and track design deliverables effectively.
- Work closely with Design Manager and Design Director.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide best in class work and optimize production workflow.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to designers.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in design (social, websites, e-Commerce, digital materials), documented in the portfolio.
- Good knowledge of Figma and Adobe software: Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, inDesign, knowledge of other programs will be an asset.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with photo manipulation and/or illustrations.
- Ability to work with a brand book.
- Knowledge of the current global trends and good practices in graphic design.
- Conceptual skills concerning the graphic idea (looking for visual solutions).
- Openness in cooperation between the departments, communication skills.
- Excellent working time organization, attention to detail and a desire to develop your skills.
- Knowledge of advertising format specifications in conventional media, video, digital and social media.

- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
