Job Description

• Coordinating e-Commerce and Digital content production (including localization and adaptation for multiple markets) with internal/external resources and partners, basing on clients’ briefs and guidelines.
• Overseeing, tracking, and communicating production timelines
• Feeding into short- and long-term team planning efforts
• Participating in pre-existing content analysis and future recommendations creation
• Gathering, communicating, and overseeing implementation of client’s feedback
• Supporting Senior Account Manager/Account Supervisor in cost tracking, billing, and administrative processes
• Owning and nourishing good relationships with clients, peer client service and delivery teams
• Proactively looking for and proposing implementations of process improvements
• Working in multinational, multicultural environment

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal
• Strong self-starter and independent thinker, but adept at working within a team structure
• Ability to follow the aligned processes and standards
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, or client service field
• Ability to adapt works style to needs of various clients and internal/ external agency teams
• Ability to work with Excel
• Experience in work with JIRA or other project management software
• Understanding of eCommerce and/or digital content production processes
