This position will be a part of a NEW asset production Hub built in the CEE region, supporting multiple markets of a global pharma brand and serving as a one-stop shop for all content creation and content modification topics. As a team working in this area for various clients across the globe, we want to do the work in an effective and automated way, leaving people space to develop themselves in various areas of digital marketing and tools. For this project, experience in Pharma / Health Science and knowledge of Veeva content tools (or any other tools used in Pharma industry) will come handy, but for fast learners, experience with any other marketing automation tool will be fine. What should you have?

• Experience in working with JIRA or any similar project management tool in order to manage tickets/workflow tickets in and works directly with Devs/QA.
• English at a communicative level.
• 3+ years practical PM experience
• Understanding the team competencies and capabilities. Capability to work with other PMs and CTO to plan the right project for the team and manage workload.
• Previous experience in the Pharma / Health Care industry is a bonus (but not required).
• Knowledge / experience in working with different tech platforms such as Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault Promo Mats, SFMC emailing tools, Web development or similar is nice to have.
• Experience in speaking some degree of developer-ese to be able to translate from the business folk who can't.
• Ability to grab, review and validate any feedback for revisions (from QA or Client) before sharing with Dev Team.
• Highly organized, motivated and detail-oriented.
• Self-directed, proactive, and accountable problem solver.
• Have strong communication skills (to communicate with both, production and business stakeholders) and ability to prioritize effectively.
• A drive for knowledge and seeking out opportunities.
• Ability to exercise best practices, current trends, and come up with creative solutions to development problems or obstacles.
