Job Overview
The role is focused on 1st party data acquisition and activation to build effectiveness.
Responsibilities
· Define key campaigns to build targeted media plans together with Digital Managers;
· Identify key barriers of Personalization and Data deployment to address and overcome it;
· Work closely with Audience Strategy Team to ensure Audience profiling delivery to enable addressable media planning;
· Work closely with Media Agencies (Internal and external) to deliver addressable media planning, ensure right Measurement set up;
· Work closely with Marketing, Media teams to set up and deploy data driven targeting by activating internal\3rd Party Data;
· Design and drive Test&Learn agenda on addressable media, comms and tech to define Horizon 2 media strategy;
· Ensure productivity targets delivery for addressable media planning;
· Navigate MarTech and IT Teams to ensure MarTech (CRM, DMP, CDP, Data lake, etc) set up to reflect media objectives & priorities;
· Focus on our new partnership with Salesforce to map a 3 years roadmap for full adoption;
· Support Sector and business unit requests on 1st party data Media and Comms agenda;
