As the Culture Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to do all of this! Your main responsibility will be to create and implement innovative culture marketing projects. You will play a vital role in connecting with our audience through music, dance, and other forms of cultural expression. Your goal will be to ensure that Red Bull remains relevant in today's cultural scene.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
CULTURE PROJECTS MANAGEMENT
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing projects focused on Music and Dance that resonate with the target audience, align with Red Bull brand values, and reflect cultural trends in the country.
- Lead and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content and experiences from the ideation phase to execution.
- Excellent management of several projects simultaneously and coordination of the work of diverse project groups.
- Manage project budgets and ROI, ensure cost-effectiveness, including negotiations with external entities and cooperation with partners.
- Administrative work, including contracts, reports, presentations, and briefs for external agencies.
EXPANDING AND MAINTAINING INDUSTRY AND TALENT RELATIONS
- Direct cooperation and maintenance of relations with the cultural industry: artists, dancers, managers, labels, promoters, event agencies, creative agencies, etc.
- Responsible for scouting artists and talents to take part in Red Bull culture projects.
STRATEGIC INPUT
- Stay updated on the latest cultural trends, emerging talents, consumer insights, and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Have a significant influence on shaping the strategy and plans for Red Bull’s music and dance marketing in Poland
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 3+ years of experience in music marketing, executing content and event projects, and cooperating with entities in the music industry (artists, management, labels, event agencies) or other lifestyle brands on music-related projects. Having a wide network of contacts in the music industry. Experience in dance marketing projects (street dance) would be an asset.
- Creative thinker with a passion for popular culture and music (especially rap), with a strong understanding of the cultural landscape and the ability to identify emerging trends, especially in the context of popular music, dance, content, and event activities, or non-standard marketing projects.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously from brainstorming through planning and execution, including complex budget management. Able to cope with spontaneous changes, control activities over time. Responsible, with the ability to organize work independently, solve problems, find solutions, and pay attention to detail.
- Natural curiosity and creativity. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team, open to people and challenges. Capable of building and motivating diverse project teams, leading them to achieve outstanding results, and carrying out unique and innovative projects above market standards.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of basic programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Readiness to travel for organized projects (including on weekends).
