    Regional Manager/Director, Central Eastern Europe Region

    An outstanding opportunity to join Europe’s largest dedicated SAP resourcing firm and play a major part in the next phase of growth for the business which involves developing our Adjacent Technologies capabilities. Red Global have been working the Central Eastern Europe markets for a number of years now and is looking for an individual with extensive experience of the CEE based operations from our future Warsaw office.


    As Regional Director for Red Global’s contract recruitment operations, you will manage, develop and grow the CEE Region teams to ensure effective delivery and over-achievement of targets. Based in Poland, you will be tasked with driving excellence throughout the teams and ensuring that all members live through the values of Red Global. The business currently has a fantastic client portfolio, network and database of IT Consultants.


    Roles & Responsibilities


    • You will have full responsibility for delivering contract revenue for the CEE, non-SAP teams in line with the targets and expectations of the Group.
    • Develop strategy and drive best practice across the region, to ensure client centricity and consultant productivity.
    • Development of our Service Offering to ensure we gain market leading position.
    • Driving activity, revenue and NFI across new and existing clients in region
    • Develop the annual budget forecast for the CEE business to deliver expected revenue, NFI and contribution targets.
    • Interpret management information to understand team and individual performances, and to identify and address areas of development.
    • Support business development within the region teams including accompanying consultants on client meetings, and cross-selling other Red Global services where possible (for example, permanent recruitment and RedExec).
    • Monitor sales activity, ensure Core KPIs are being met and implement appropriate measure to achieve desired results.
    • Responsibility for staffing teams with appropriate individuals in line with ambitious headcount and revenue growth expectations.
    • Act as the escalation point for any and all issues both internally and with regards to clients, and work closely with the European Sales and Delivery management team to foster productive working relationships and address conflict.
    • Continual coaching, development and training of your team to maximise productivity.
    • Collaborate with other RED business units globally to ensure that cross-selling opportunities are maximised, and with functional departments to ensure productive relationships.
    • Responsible for succession planning and developing future generations of management and leadership talent.
    • Produce a monthly business review for the Europe Managing Director to present in the Board meeting.



    Candidate profile


    • The successful candidate will be a fluent Polish speaker with a minimum of 8 years in the recruitment space with 5 years’ experience in a recruitment sales management capacity, with full P/L responsibility.
    • Minimum 2 years in business leader or equivalent role.
    • Proven ability to discuss, plan and implement strategic initiatives.
    • Coordination and planning of budgets, people and time management.
    • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to grow and develop new management and sales teams.
    • Must have good understanding of the CEE IT Recruitment Market place – ideally Data & Analytics, Software Development, Cloud & Infrastructure and Business Applications sectors.
    • Deep understanding of the mechanics of contract recruitment and the levers which impact productivity and profitability.
    • Excellent people management skills are essential, and you must have experience of managing a team of 6+ people in a contract recruitment environment.
    • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.
    • Excellent client-facing skills and a demonstrable track record of high value business wins.
    • Must have a genuine desire to keep up to date with market trends and new developments, and utilising information for innovative business improvement.
    • Strong motivational and interpersonal skills, and able to inspire others to share the vision and support them to reach a common goal.
    • Dedicated to improving results and implementing best practice throughout the business.
    • Must have a winning mentality and mind-set and manage against extremely high standards.
