We are searching for a:

Learning and Development Administrator

Responsible for deploying and ensuring all training is carried out for Europe, Middle-East, Africa and Central Asia. Set up training required across the region, and ensuring that the requirements for the type of training being provided are in place. Support the Ricoh Academies, local facilitators, Ricoh Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and vendors in training delivery.


More importantly you will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordination of training for employees
  • Resolve end-user queries related to training
  • Answering questions by e-mail and via tickets
  • Liaison with training vendors and or Ricoh SME’s
  • Analysis and reporting on training provided
  • Supporting the team in maintaining proper documentation


What we are looking for in you:

In order to be satisfied in this position you need to have good working knowledge of MS Office as well as advanced level of English and Spanish and Portuguese. We are looking to hire an effective communicator with good problem solving skills. Experience in administration would be an added value as well as experience with ticketing system.
