We're one of the top Polish software houses. To strengthen our in-house online marketing team, we seek a junior specialist to help us prepare and manage a B2B lead generation campaign focused on the US, UK, and EU markets.
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the team in planning, designing, and running outbound B2B marketing campaigns.
- Conducting market research and generating target lists for outbound lead-generation marketing campaigns.
- Preparing campaign messages (with support from the content marketing team).
- Managing the campaigns, contacting and qualifying leads.
- Building landing pages using the CMS platform.
- Managing leads in CRM.
Expectations:
- Basic experience in online marketing and lead-generation techniques.
- Good command of Excel that allows you to work daily with databases and prepare analyses and reports.
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 is a must - You will work on campaigns targeting the US, UK, and EU companies).
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for details.
- Ability to learn fast and will for personal development in the field of B2B online marketing.
Nice to have:
- Experience in outbound marketing (e.g., cold mailing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach).
- Experience in building web pages using CSM (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, or others).
- Basic knowledge of IT and software development industry.
