Your Key Responsibilities

• Care of continuous development of assigned teams within the Employee-IT towards a high-performing agile organization.
• Promote and support agility in its original meaning by helping developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand agile frameworks, practices, rules, and values.
• Facilitate agile events when needed or requested and support product owners of the assigned teams by communicating the need for clear, concise product backlog items.
• Applying techniques for efficient product backlog management and creating an understanding of product planning in complex work environments.
• Work closely with other agile roles and promote cross-divisional exchange and collaboration in the agile communities.
• Coaching individuals or teams with a focus on mindset, behavior, and continuous improvement towards self-organization and cross-functional teamwork, removes impediments and focuses on team collaboration and efficiency.

Your Qualifications

• University degree with a focus on Business Informatics, IT, and Business Administration, ideally with some background in experience in change management
• Several years of experience in applying agile frameworks (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban) and methods
• Scaled Agile Frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum Master, Agile PM) are nice to have.
• Servant Leadership attitude is mandatory, as experience with scaling agile development as well as working with collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, BIG PICTURE, etc.)
• Fluent English skills and intercultural sensitivity are mandatory as well as experience in an international environment, German is an advantage.
• Empathic mentoring skills, high customer orientation, and strong communication skills
