👨‍💻Job description:

For one of our clients, a large enterprise organization in the chemical industry, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Content Specialist to support their content publishing efforts following a major website migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting content audits, structuring content, mapping templates, and ensuring the quality of content post-migration. This role requires a strong understanding of content management systems, SEO best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

👨‍🔧Main responsibilities:

Content Audit

Conduct workshops with Business Units to review content and define future content structure

Collaborate with Digital SEO Manager to integrate recommendations on SEO, metadata, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager

Compile detailed page reports and identify critical content for migration

Develop a prioritized list of content to be migrated based on business needs

Template Mapping

Determine and assign appropriate templates for individual pages to ensure consistency and optimal User Experience

Domain Structuring

Work with UX/UI Designers to understand and implement domain structuring and information architecture

Content Migration

Oversee the content migration process, ensuring proper structuring and formatting of migrated content

Migration Quality Check - perform thorough quality checks according to the Content Team Checklist to ensure

Proper content structure

Functional internal and external links

Correct display of items

Effective page navigation

Overall positive User Experience
