PRODUCT?

All of our products are built in-house and are strictly related to sport. We are serving our customers with in-play live visualizations, as well as sports statistics widgets and raw data provided by our Sports API. There are also powerful internal systems that our Teams depend on for their daily operations.

We are looking for people who will help us track all cross-team dependencies and coordinate projects.

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU TAKE ON A TEAM?

We are looking for an experienced talent who would like to join our Product Team and work with us to create the best sport-data-driven products.

In this role as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for handling inter-department and cross-functional projects that help us build and enhance our digital Products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create effective project plans to maximize benefits and minimize the risk.
• Schedule, plan, analyze and coordinate projects and their dependencies.
• Manage and align projects with product roadmap and company’s goals.
• Proactively seek a firsthand understanding of issues and areas for improvement.
• Build collaborative relationships, facilitating, challenging, and bringing ideas together to solve problems.
• Provide regular updates to resolve high-priority issues affecting the projects.
• Manage project backlog and run meetings and check-ins.
• Define and measure KPIs.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• At least 2 years of experience in project management.
• Knowledge of project management principles in the Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of product design processes and experience conducting user research would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communicative English (at least B2 level).

HOW DO WE WORK?

As a Product Team, we plan our work ahead. We use OKRs in every quarter planning and plan 2 week sprints for our development teams. We handle a portfolio of products that depend on our cross-department coordination and worldwide sport seasons. We speak both Polish (internally) and English (with our partners). We work in hybrid mode with flexible hours, from home or from the office in Katowice.
