Project Planner / Scheduling Specialist (Primavera)

Location: all of Poland

Responsibilities:

• Working closely together with the team located in the Copenhagen office;
• Collaborate with project managers to gather project requirements, milestones, and deliverables;
• Create detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and critical path analyses to ensure timely project completion;
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, proposing mitigation strategies as needed;
• General development of planning tools in the department

Our requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Primavera P6;
• Project planning and project scheduling skills;
• Good communication in English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: knowledge of planning theory (ie. AON, PERT, GANNT, Network Technique, CPM), risk management, document control, TIC calculation.
