Road Engineer (senior)

Location: all of Poland

Responsibilities:

• Working on infrastructure projects, together with the team located in the Sweden/Danish office;
• Design and manage a variety of road engineering projects from conception through to completion;
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met within timeframes and budgets;
• Utilize advanced engineering techniques and analysis to solve complex road design challenges
• Prepare and present detailed road design plans and documentation;
• Oversee the work of junior engineers and provide guidance and mentoring.

Our requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
• 5+ years of professional experience in road engineering;
• Strong technical proficiency in road design software such as Bentley MicroStation/Open Roads/AutoCAD/Civil 3D;
• Proven experience in team coordination and project management;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment;
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: BIM.
