Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will make an impact on our existing products and create new ones. As a Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our products, shaping their journey from ideas to market leaders.

What you will bring to the table?

• At least 4+ years of experience in product management within the tech industry.
• Deep understanding of the product management cycle, including both discovery and delivery.
• Knowledge of how to transform ideas into valuable products that customers love (and are willing to pay for :)).
• Strong product intuition and a track record of innovative thinking and effective execution.
• Fluent in English and Polish at a C1/C2 level, enabling clear and effective team collaboration.
• Well-versed in Agile methodologies and user-centered design techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in UX/UI design, contributing a robust understanding of user experience.

Your work in details:

• Leading the end-to-end product life cycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• working on product discovery and development in order to increase the client’s business value
• gaining a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and requirements through taking part in market research, experimentation, user testing, implementing continuous feedback systems and performing data analysis
• creating MVPs, validating assumptions and technical requirements, managing backlogs, making decisions on priority and roadmap
• creating effective, well-researched and compelling strategies to bring our product portfolio to the market, focusing on areas with the most growth potential
• developing value propositions that address the key issues faced by our target audience, providing solutions that are compelling and attractive
• educating both existing and potential customers, as well as industry partners, about the features, benefits, and overall value of our products
• translating product functionality and technical use cases into compelling business cases and product messaging
• collaborate seamlessly across departments, from marketing to R&D, to align product vision and deliver on company objectives.
• communicate complex product concepts with clarity, tailoring your message to technical and non-technical audiences alike.

We Offers a salary range of 23,000 to 27,000 PLN net plus VAT for B2B contracts and 19,000 to 22,500 PLN gross for Employment Contract (UOP) - inclusive of information on Employee Capital Plans( KUP).
