- Work closely with performance and business teams to ensure smooth sales processes from offer presentation to delivery and service activation
- Conduct training and presentations to educate stakeholders on key elements of sales workflows
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including initiating and monitoring changes to ensure consistency and effectiveness NPS (Net Promoter Score)
- Create and implement a business roadmap for eCommerce tools, using WSJF to prioritize initiatives
- Continuously improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies, analyze data, and interpret results to support decision-making
- Experience in managing product backlogs coordinating with development teams and ensuring smooth delivery within a Scrum framework
- Ability to support product and service launches and manage implementation processes end-to-end
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work across different teams and effectively communicate with key stakeholders
- At least 2 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager or similar - ideally involving digital application development for remote or assisted sales channels Experience in telecommunications or related sectors is a plus
- Fluent in English with strong presentation and communication skills
