- Taking care of B2C profitability
- Segments reporting and supporting planning
- Personal development of your team members
- You will be Controlling's representative in major B2C gremia
- You will be exposed to top management of both TMPL and DT
Wymagania
- Strong Finance and Business background, including university degree
- Experience in leading the teams
- Experience with the commercial controlling within mass-market/B2C operations, preferably in TelCo
- Strong communication skills, ability to understand, present and manage complex topics, stress-resilience in peak times
- fluent Polish and English, whereas German, Czech or Slovak would be of advantage

You will join the Controlling Department with two other sister units and you will report to Head of Controlling. As part of dynamic Finance division in TMPL you will create an impact on strategic, commercial and financial decisions, securing company’s continuous growth on the Polish mobile, fixed and ICT market. Head of B2C Commercial Controlling leads a team of 7 experienced analysts
