    WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?


    • Management and coordination of a team of 4-5 employees,
    • Creating and management of HR processes in an IT-related area,
    • Taking care of Employee development: talent management, succession management, appraisal processes, creating and taking care of employee development, conception and implementation of new procedures,
    • Managing the recruitment area for technical positions, budget management and reporting responsibilities,
    • Development of market analyses, benchmarks, broadly monitoring the business and staying up to date with market trends and changes in the HR-IT area,
    • Implementation of IT systems for HR, taking part in digitalization processes,
    • Working in an international environment, maintaining constant contact and cooperation with Deutsche Telekom Group employees in Europe.

     

    WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?


    • 10 years of experience in HR Area, in corporate setting, including at least 3 years of experience in team management (+5 direct reports),
    • Previous experience in daily work in an international environment,
    • We work in agile, so practical knowledge of agile practices is highly appreciated,
    • Very good communication skills, ability to build business relationships, cross-team cooperation, a "can-do" attitude, open-mindedness, desire for continuous development - these values are important to us and we want to work together in their spirit :),
    • Advanced English skills, ease of conversation (C1 level),
    • German language knowledge would be trated as an advantage.

    • Our screening meeting will last about 20-30 minutes. We will ask you about our areas of interest and will be happy to field any questions you may have.


    Hiring Manager will receive a recommendation for your application.


    • There’s nothing for you to do at this stage — we’ll take care of everything. During this time we process all the information we've gathered during the screening process and dig deeper into your CV.

    Technical meetings with the Hiring Manager and/or team members.


    • We will invite you to one or two project meetings to confirm that we have a ‘perfect match'. The meetings may last between 30 minutes and 90 minutes, during which time we will talk to you about mutual expectations and the vision for our collaboration. You will also most likely meet your future supervisor and your teammate during this time.


    Time to decide!


    • At this stage, we will have decided that you are the person we want to develop our projects with. We will then come back to you with an offer of collaboration, hoping for your "yes". If for some reason, we are unable to offer you a position in our team, you will certainly receive feedback from us explaining our decision.
