Job Location: Remote (Option to work from our office in Warsaw)

Tedee, a leading company in the smart-lock industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing activities. This is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for defining, planning, and executing marketing projects to enhance client and partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our company's goals.
• Utilize storytelling techniques to create compelling content that captivates our audience.
• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables within a limited timeframe.
• Leverage latest AI platforms such as OpenAI and Midjourney to shorten delivery times.
• Write high-quality SEO-friendly articles to drive website traffic and engagement.
• Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
• Work closely with executives to understand and implement strategic initiatives.
• Manage and optimize our use of platforms like HubSpot, SEO Surfer, and similar tools.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the product or platform sector, with demonstrated success in multiple countries and languages.
• Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in the use of AI platforms such as OpenAI and Midjourney.
• Experience in SEO and writing SEO-friendly content.
• Strong project management skills with an ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to also work independently.
• Proficiency in using marketing platforms like HubSpot, SEO Surfer, and similar tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
