We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Specialist to support multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced and international environment. Join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing, and employer branding. Take your chance to grow your career in HR with us!
What challenges await you?
- Manage and drive full cycle recruiting process for internal and external candidates, ensuring full understanding of requirements and timelines;
- Deliver a smooth and positive candidates experience;
- Acquiring candidates from various sources;
- Leading Assessment Center sessions;
- Co-creation and implementation of internal and external employer branding tasks, for example representing TP at job fairs and other events;
- Cooperation with recruitment agencies and universities;
- Practical use of knowledge of labour law in the employment process, including knowledge on the employment of foreigners;
- Maintaining candidates database, processing candidates data and ensuring the confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience;
- Fluency in written and verbal English is essential;
- Fluency in written and verbal Polish;
- Knowledge of recruitment techiniques;
- Analitical thinking skills;
- Team orientation & reliability;
- Basic knowledge of labour law;
- Desired: Higher education in human resources managment, psychology.
