Supply Chain Manager

YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Representing company strategy within Supply Chain scope of responsibilities and developing SCM strategy within given framework
• Budget and long term plans preparation and proposals including necessary investments and improvements
• Daily operation performance of following key functions within SCM: purchasing, replenishment, production planning, intralogistics, dispatching & transportation
• Planning of resources, development of employees, trainings and all other elements of employee management
• Creation for collaborative working conditions, supporting employees and provide them with necessary help and guidance
• Cooperation with other managers to avoid creation of silos and optimize business flows
• Support of highly digitized processes, strategic development and analysis of business processes and operational processes in order to target potential areas for improvements
• Initiating and leading cross functional improvement teams for business, processes, organization, operation and IT
• Cooperating strongly with central supply chain, logistic & other central function teams from Germany in order to implement company standards and best practices
• Sharing best practices developed in Poland with the rest of TRILUX organization
• Developing and following KPIs for SCM performance measuring
• Introduction and daily execution of ISO 9001 standards in the SCM perimeter
• Secure the best standards within purchasing to ensure transparency and optimal purchasing strategy
• Cashflow within SCM perimeter, including warehouse management, stock level definitions, rotation, etc.
• Reaching standards and targets regarding customer satisfaction and other targets set by TRILUX
• Auditing processes to ensure compliance and integration of defined processes, workflows and organization
• Leading regular communication with the business departments for requirements coordination
• Leading regular communication with employees for performance reviewing, targeting potential improvements, problems solving

WE CAN EXPECT:

• University degree in Business Administration, SCM or a related field
• Several years of experience in SCM management proofed by successful improvements
• Strong leadership skills including experience in managing teams and employee development
• Good process knowledge in Supply Chain Management
• Experience in environment using lean manufacturing/supply chain methodology
• SAP ERP & EWM application
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Good (written and spoken) language skills in English
