Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for a experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our top management team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping and executing Tylko's financial strategy, ensuring that our financial operations align with our ambitious growth plans. Our goal is to scale our business from EUR 78m to EUR 500m in revenues across international markets, while minimising our enviornmnetal footprint.This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader to make a significant impact on our business.

Job requirements

• Operating as a CFO in a high-growth, e-commerce or marketplace business with a physical product; 
• Operating in a business that has achieved growth in line with Tylko’s trajectory and growth plans
• Acting as a business partner to other functions including marketing, technology, product etc.
• Leading financial planning & analysis, strategic and commercial finance, developing and executing the short-term and long-term strategy of the business; setting KPIs and helping functional teams execute on plans laid out
• Business modelling: scenario planning for new markets (particularly launching in the U.S.), new revenue streams and financial viability exercises to enable optimum deployment of resources and investment
• Leading transactions such as fundraising, M&A and exits
• Rightsizing a finance function, building and managing a first-class finance tea
• Availability to work from our Warsaw office three times a week.
