We are looking for people talented in communications who will focus on serving and anticipating needs day-to-day about customer's journey and will be able to involve suggesting ideas based on customer feedback and turn them to action and improve standards
About the Customer Service Team
The Customer Service Team consists of 20+ people who support our customers through every step of their journey with Tylko. This covers everything from helping them configure their perfect-fit product and place an order through delivery and assembly at home – all while addressing any questions, concerns, or ideas in between. The team offers support in five languages – English, German, French, Spanish and Polish, and through their expert written and verbal communication, they ensure every customer has an amazing Tylko experience.

You will be fairly remunerated – 7500-9000 PLN (CoE) (depending on your skills and experience).
