What you will work on

As a Social Media Specialist at MailerLite Poland, you will play a crucial role in building, growing and maintaining our brand presence in the Polish market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy for the Polish market, including content planning and scheduling.
• Manage our social media posting and the day-to-day handling for MailerLite Poland (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Managing and growing our Polish social media community by fostering engagement, responding to comments, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Collaborating with our global social media specialist to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Analyzing and reporting on social media performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Keeping up-to-date with Polish social media trends and industry best practices to continuously optimize our strategy.
• Scout and engage with Polish content creators to deliver fresh content for our social media channels
• Cross-functional collaboration with other departments (support, product, community, paid-ads and communication team etc.)

• Yearly gross salary: $20,000 - $25,000

Job requirements

• Native Polish speaker with fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Content localization: an understanding of the Polish market and the ability to adapt global ideas into focused local content
• 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist and/or have a Bachelor (or equivalent) in Marketing or Communication studies
• Skilled in selecting the most suitable content format and using it to build communities on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Ability to maintain an emphatic attitude and keep engagement with social media community constructive at all times
• Experience or interest in graphic design (creating social media graphics in Figma)
• Creative attitude
• Strong project management skills and a critical eye for the bigger picture.
• Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones and countries
• A passion for email marketing, digital technology, and staying ahead of industry trends
• Full-time position - 40 hours per week
