We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Warsaw,Poland.

What kind of work will you be doing?

• Creation and implementation of plans for implementing the project and adapt them according to customer’s changing needs and requirements based on: design assumptions, works schedules, deliver lead times of goods and services.
• Monitoring and coordination of ongoing projects in accordance with the ordered scope of work. Supervision and control of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Providing of information about the ongoing work progress and risks with implementation to the Operation Manager and to Sales Team.
• Analysis and optimization of costs related to the implementation of the project (project cost calculation, preparation of cost estimates, the search for optimal solutions) while maintaining a high quality of services offered.
• Preparation of required documentation related to the implemented project: executive and as-built documentation, certificates (EU, UDT), technical approvals, operation and maintenance manuals (DTR).
• Acquisition of new business partners: suppliers and subcontractors.
• Close cooperation with the Sales, Engineering and Service Departments. Supporting Pre-Sales process.

What will make you successful?

• Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in power supply or air conditioning
• Preferably Certificate of construction manager.
• Operational experience in project management. Preferably large project in Data Centers area (Power Supply and Thermal)
• Min 3 years experienced in project management.
• Good command of English language
• Excellent command of MS Office applications (Exel)
• ERP user experience – Preferably Oracle knowledge
• Experience reporting and analyzing
• Leadership and communication skills
