Senior Product Designer

As we scale our ambition and push toward next-generation, system-first quality, we’re looking for an accomplished Senior Product Designer to join us and play a key role in shaping complex digital products end-to-end.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines deep UX thinking, system-first design expertise, and exceptional UI craft.

This role is for someone who understands that modern product design is built on scalable systems, rapid exploration through prototyping, and evidence-based iteration — not one-off screens. You’ll be expected to explore ideas quickly, validate assumptions with real users, and turn proven concepts into polished, production-ready experiences.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers — often acting as a design lead on your projects, owning decisions from discovery through delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Design best-in-class digital experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

• Approach problems with a system-first mindset, designing solutions that scale beyond individual features

• Deeply understand problem spaces by asking the right questions and synthesising insights from research, data, and stakeholders

• Define and shape user journeys, flows, and information architecture, from early exploration to final solutions

• Rapidly prototype and explore ideas using modern tools and workflows (e.g. Figma, Figma Make, Lovable, v0 or similar) to test assumptions early and often

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that are both intuitive and visually refined

• Build, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems that enable consistency, speed, and long-term product growth

• Ensure a consistently high bar for design quality and coherence across products, platforms, and touchpoints

• Collaborate with UX Researchers to test concepts with real users and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative insights

• Continuously improve existing products through optimisation informed by analytics, usability testing, and behavioural data

• Work confidently in an end-to-end product design process, from discovery to launch and post-launch iteration

• Clearly visualise ideas and communicate design rationale, influencing both clients and internal stakeholders

• Partner closely with Product Managers to align on priorities, outcomes, and success metrics

• Collaborate within international, multidisciplinary teams of engineers, researchers, analysts, and strategists

What We’re Looking For

You’re likely a strong fit if you:

• Have a strong portfolio of shipped, commercial digital products (web and/or mobile)

• Bring a clear, adaptable design process and know how to tailor it to different problem spaces

• Have hands-on experience working with large or evolving tokenized design systems

• Are comfortable rapidly prototyping ideas using modern design and AI-assisted tools (e.g. Figma, Lovable, v0, Figma Make or equivalents)

• Understand modern UX principles across responsive and adaptive interfaces

• Use data and analytics to inform, validate, and iterate on design decisions

• Are comfortable working in ambiguous, complex environments and bringing structure where it’s missing

• Communicate fluently in spoken and written English (B2+ level)

• Are confident presenting work and explaining the “why” behind decisions

• Take ownership, show initiative, and enjoy solving meaningful problems

• Have exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for craft and quality
