We are looking to add a full-time Facebook Media Buyer to our team. As the Performance marketer - Facebook ads buyer, you will manage a group of clients, leading efforts to improve performance and accelerate growth for online marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for paid ad campaigns across social media platforms including Facebook/Instagram.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive paid social campaigns, audiences, and Ads;
- Monitor and manage marketing channels with an emphasis on Facebook;
- Continuously track and update data, monitor performance, and find new ways to improve scale and return on ad spend (ROAS);
- Audit existing social media ad campaigns and identify new opportunities to increase client conversions;
- Report on key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) for every campaign with the ability to analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement;
- Partner with a cross-functional team to execute cross-channel ad campaigns;
- Communicate professionally and consistently with clients;
- Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in social media and paid social media (betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.).
Requirements:
- Min 2+ years of Facebook advertising experience, building high-converting sales funnels and driving quantifiable results;
- Robust performance knowledge: Billing models, Advertising formats, KPI, optimization methods, and trends in digital marketing;
- Experience with large advertising budget management;
- Passion for social media marketing with a high interest in data and analysis;
- Strive to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends;
- Creative problem-solving capabilities;
- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment;
- Flexibility and ability to multitask multiple responsibilities;
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and influencing skills;
- Must be an independent problem solver;
- Must be a self-starter;
- English skills - professional working proficiency.
