Customer Care Intern

CUSTOMER CARE INTERN

Contract: Internship for 6 months (with a possibility to extend) based on civil contract;

Working mode: Hybrid (two days from home, three days from the office);

Working hours: Range from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM;

Office location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4A (near Dworzec Gdanski metro station).

YOU DO:

• Fluently speak English and Italian, Japanese or Hindi,
• Speak any other language: German, French, Spanish (that's nice to have),
• Understand what is debt (money) and why it should be paid,
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment,
• Have a student status.

YOU ARE NOT AFRAID OF:

• Speaking with client on the phone,
• Delivering 2-3 priorities at the same time,
• Switching between tasks,
• Talking to different stakeholders in the company of flat hierarchy.
