Your role is:
-> Own GTM for Poland: Build and execute the country plan for Nokia/ALE/Goldilock across priority segments (Public Sector, Utilities: energy, transport, education; Enterprise & Telco);
-> Channel development: Recruit, onboard, and enable partners; set joint plans, MDF, and certification paths;
-> Public sector & utilities: Navigate PZP procurement, frameworks, and tender portals; shape RFI/RFPs; orchestrate bids with partner.
-> Pipeline & revenue: Create, manage, and forecast a 3–5× pipeline; deliver quarterly revenue, GM, and cash-flow targets; land lighthouse wins;
-> Cross-division selling: Lead multi-line opportunities with PEDAB (IT infrastructure, services) to maximize share of wallet and solution pull-through;
-> Vendor alignment: Run regular alignment meetings with vendors;
-> Executive engagement: build C-level relationships; run value-based proposals and business cases;
-> Deal leadership: Structure deals; negotiate terms; manage risks and approvals;
-> Thought leadership: Represent the brand at industry events; drive local references, case studies, and advocacy.
Your skills and experiences:
-> Experience: 5+ years in B2B networking/security sales; 3+ years leading country sales or major-accounts in Poland;
-> Market mastery: Demonstrated wins in Public Sector and Utilities (energy, transportation, education); proven command of PZP processes, tendering, and framework agreements;
-> Channel DNA: Built and scaled partner ecosystems; enabled partners to certification (sales/technical) and co-sell motions;
-> Technical credibility: Working knowledge of IP routing, DC fabric/leaf-spine, campus LAN/WLAN, network security/ADC, zero-trust/segmentation;
-> Languages: Native/advanced Polish and fluent English (written & spoken).
Nice to have:
+ Success selling to critical infrastructure/OT environments (utilities, transport);
+ Prior experience with Nokia, ALE ecosystems and certifications;
+ Public cloud networking or telco background (BNG, SR OS, SD-WAN, NAC);
+ Existing C-level/decision-maker network in target ministries, SOEs, municipal IT, DSOs/TSOs, rail, airports, and tier-1 universities.
