Altimi is a technology acceleration partner with impressive experience spanning over 20 years, specializing in the successful delivery of top-notch software development projects for international customers across the EU. We are based in Wrocław, Poland.

We focus on consulting value, strong client partnerships, and close teamwork. Due to our unique sales strategy and top-quality services, we doubled our size in 2025, and our company scale is expected to continue growing several times over in the next few years.

Our primary focus is Managed Services for companies seeking to accelerate growth, solve complex tech problems, build MVP/POC and/or modify legacy infrastructures.

The main areas of competence include Product & Application Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Security & Managed Services and AI & Data Enablement.

Due to our dynamic growth, we're seeking an exceptional sales leader to shape and drive the Next Chapter of our expansion to the next level. You'll co-design and execute our ambitious 3-5 year growth strategy, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding our existing customer base across EU markets while leading our evolving Sales and Business Development teams.


Key Responsibilities


This is a role for a hands-on sales leader who thrives on making bold moves. You'll personally lead the charge - approaching high-value clients, devising winning strategies, and driving deals to closure. You'll shape our market presence across the EU, breaking into new accounts while expanding existing relationships at C-suite level.

Only then comes the management part: building, coaching, and scaling our Sales & Account Management team to multiply your impact. You'll set the bar high, lead from the front, and create a growth engine that's both ambitious and unstoppable.


Strategic Leadership Agenda


  • Personally drive revenue growth through direct client engagement and strategic sales activities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies

  • Set individual client strategies and tailored approaches for key accounts

  • Identify new market opportunities and expand existing client relationships

  • Partner with Delivery and HR teams to ensure commercial contract success

  • Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams on integrated sales initiatives

  • Coach, mentor, and grow high-performing sales professionals

  • Lead and expand our Sales and Account Management team across multiple geographies


The Ideal Candidate


Senior sales executive with proven experience in IT professional services, both in software delivery as well as managed services, who can inspire growth across our organization. Action-oriented, fearless with clients, and sharp in strategy. Someone who knows how to win big contracts in IT services, thrives in complex B2B sales, and leads teams by example.


Essential Requirements


  • Proven track record selling outsourced IT business services contracts

  • C-suite commercial acumen with ability to engage in strategic discussions

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with existing and prospective clients

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with focus on deal closure

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills across client segments

  • Leadership experience with passion for hands-on growth initiatives

  • Strategic mindset to identify opportunities and optimize approaches

  • Advanced proficiency in English in both spoken and written communication
