Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processes from RTR process stream with focus on below sub-processes
- IC process management- netting, balance conformation, IC reconciliation, etc.
- Fixed assets management
- Statistical reporting
- Banks reconciliations
- Financial reports
- Ad hoc journals, clearings and analysis
- Audits support
- Responsible for achieving team SLA’s (Service Level Agreement)
- Review processes in scope for deficiencies and implement better controls
- Builds and maintains strong business relationship with Client and onshore teams - regular and ad hoc meetings and process reviews calls
- Identifies areas for improvement in processes.
Key Competencies:
- Fluent in German (B2/C1)
- Communicative English
- Background in Finance & Accounting
- Practical experience in RTR processes supporting German territory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to details
- Effective time management & prioritizing skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task & keep up with a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in SAP is desired
- Advanced in MS Office applications: especially Excel
