Role responsibilities:
Manage the agreed processes end-to-end, including effective client and stakeholder interactions.
Support the Manager in daily operations, task delegation, scheduling, and ensuring deadlines, SLAs, and company policies are met.
Mentor, guide, and coach team members, supporting their development through regular 1:1s and ongoing feedback.
Monitor team performance, provide insights, and drive continuous improvement.
Support recruitment, training, onboarding, and handle team administration (e.g. annual leave, compliance).
Collaborate with senior management and Group Projects teams on assigned initiatives, reporting, and data analysis to support decision-making.
We are searching for an individual who:
Is an analytical thinker with numeracy (good Excel skills) and problem-solving skills.
Seeks opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology and other resources to automate/create efficiencies.
Has experience in portfolio management and demonstrates a strong understanding of end-to-end processes, ensuring alignment across functions and seamless execution.
Understands the client’s perspective and their challenges, and is able to find win win solutions.
Has excellent communication skills.
Takes decisions keeping in mind the organization’s long-term relationships rather than short-term gains.
Takes ownership of organizational changes, implements strategies, and builds tactical plans to drive the change process.
Creates growth opportunities for people to learn, plans for succession, and develops the leadership pipeline.
Communicates fluently in English/ German is a plus.
Has fundamental understanding of AI tools.
